The Unox bakery oven is designed to ensure uniform baking and enhance the flavours of bakery and pastry products. It also incorporates cutting-edge technologies, such as an interface that allows automatic cooking processes, storable programs and simplified functions. The AIR.Plus technology and 304 stainless steel cooking chamber guarantees perfect cooking uniformity on all baking trays. 
 
The STEAM.Plus controls the time and temperature of the cooking process – you can manage the introduction of humidity; combining dry air and steam ensures uniform and rapid cooking, without causing dehydration to the food. 
 
This combi bread oven can be used as a convection oven, in dry air mode, as a steam oven, in steam mode and in mixed mode, that is dry air and steam. It can be used for cooking frozen or fresh bakery products. 
 
This high quality, simple and original design is ideally suited for bakeries, c-store deli counter, fast food outlets, cafes and restaurant kitchens.
