The Lincat ESLR9C electric oven range is a state of the art 6 plate, twin fan assisted commercial oven. The range is simple to use, maintain and easy to clean. Built to last, this safe oven range heats up quickly and provides uniform heat and consistent cooking.
The powerful 6 kW double cavity oven has a large capacity for increased productivity, making it a perfect choice for pubs, smaller restaurants, nursing homes or any professional kitchen. The oven comes with 2 shelves with 4 shelf positions. The double insulated doors and side and back panels provides safer operation and greater efficiency.
The six hot plate rings on top, give you lots of options to fry, boil and simmer large pots and pans of food with precise control.
Six hotplates 3 x 2.0kW, 3 x 1.5kW with six-position control knob for each plate - higher power for sautéing at the front, lower power to the rear ideal for simmering. Each of the six plates are controlled independently through thermostatic controls which is particularly useful during non-busy times and saves energy.
This electric oven range is ideally suited to nursing homes, small to medium bars & restaurants, cafes, and community centres.
Available to be wired as a single phase or triple phase option, it allows great versatility and can be combined with other units from the Silverlink 600 range.
