The simple digital control panel has 4 different humidification levels, with a built-in low water alarm; combined with the mild airflow, enables you to set the perfect level of humidity to display and hold a variety of food products. Product heat is maintained at 65°C. Sliding doors protect food from contamination while still allowing ease of access for staff.
