This combination of a cutter/mixer and vegetable slicer, makes this R401 food processor, from Robot Coupe, a great 2 in 1 machine for any commercial kitchen. With several blades included and an additional 23, optional, discs and 3 blades to choose from, it is capable of chopping, grinding, kneading and mixing.
The vegetable hopper is fitted with two sizes of openings – the large 104cm² hopper is suitable for preparing larger vegetables such as cabbage, lettuce and tomatoes; while the longer cylindrical hopper (58mm) is designed for long or fragile vegetables, such as carrots and courgettes.
As well as the vegetable preparation attachment, the unit also comes with a 4.5L stainless steel cutter bowl with handle and high resistance smooth blade assembly, exclusive to Robot Coupe. The multi-purpose blades can be switched out to either grind, knead, for fine mincing or making sauces and coulis.
The robust, heavy duty, industrial induction motor guarantees durability and reliability.
