The Robot Coupe CL50 Ultra food processor has an operating time of up to 250kgs/ hr and is available in either single phase or three phase. Capable of preparing enough food stuffs for 20 to 300 covers.
This Robot Coupe food processor has a large hopper with a surface area of 139 cm² capable of taking larger vegetables, such as cabbage and celeriac and can also cope with 10 tomatoes at a time, there is also a cylindrical hopper which is 58mm for processing long or delicate vegetables, cucumber, courgettes & gherkins. The polycarbonate motor base is designed to withstand the processing of large quantities, the new lid shape eliminates nooks and crannies where food can accumulate.

This Robot Coupe food processor also features an automatic restart when the pusher closed making it perfect for cutting both hard and delicate product. Discs not included.
